Since its beginning in 1909, Interlachen CC has been an advocate of championship golf at the highest level, having hosted some of the most prestigious events in professional and amateur golf. Continuously ranked among the top 100 courses in the USA, this hallowed course is routed across rolling terrain with wide, tree-lined fairways and water coming into play on seven holes. The signature hole is the 530-yard par-five 9th where Bobby Jones, during the 1930 US Open, skimmed his ball over the water to make a birdie which went a long way to ensuring he achieved the Grand Slam.
