Some people call it virtual golf, others call it indoor golf. Some people may call it an indoor golf driving range. But on a TrackMan golf simulator, it is golf! And if you’ve ever visited us near the Toronto and Mississauga border from either direction, you know we pride ourselves on delivering the very best GTA indoor golf experience! It’s not just about having the very best golf simulator technology in the industry, it’s about the whole experience of playing golf and enjoying first-class food, drink and customer service in an elegantly presented golf lounge environment.
We’ve recently reopened our indoor golf venue in Etobicoke, after 18 months of COVID closure, and we’re ready to go! Following our late September evenings, our full 7-day operation begins on Oct 14th. All our staff are returning, and we’re delighted about that; they’re a great team and we value them highly. However, also, you’ll usually find me or my wife, Christine, at the venue, helping customers understand and get the most out of the technology, serving food and drinks and making sure that we serve you the very best winter indoor golf available in the GTA. We build relationships with our customers, and they keep returning!
For winter 2021-22, the main new feature is the TrackMan app. We won’t talk about that in detail here as we’ve covered it extensively in separate blog posts, and we have a web page explaining its features. It’s a fantastic development that will help people improve their golf and enjoy reliving their indoor golf rounds played at our venue, or even any TrackMan equipped golf simulator venue in the world!
TrackMan has extended its course library significantly. There are now over 120 courses to choose from! In particular, we’re delighted that they’ve added Pebble Beach to the line-up. It’s always been the second most requested course after……..yes, you’ve probably guessed it – maybe we’ll get Augusta one day!
We’re looking forward to hosting indoor golf events for personal celebrations. Our venue is perfect for birthday parties, and other personal landmark occasions. We also routinely host virtual golf corporate events for businesses large and small. We’ve even hosted product launches. Our largest indoor golf bay can also be easily and quickly converted from a golf simulator to a presentation room accommodating up to sixteen seated attendees and a presenter. With your laptop connected to our network, you’ll be able to project to our Championship Bay 17’ screen.
Not least, our venue is perfect for working from golf (#WFG)! It’s so much better than #WFH! You can partner with a friend or colleague and take turns practicing in the golf bay while the other works directly behind on their laptop, perhaps having lunch while doing so. We have a fibre internet connection that offers ~140Mps, so you can function just as well here as you can at home. Then switch. You can achieve a lot of practice in 30 minutes, and, undertaken regularly over a season of indoor golf lunches it could be transformative for your game!
